Atlas: Reasoning Edge
Write to us. One person reads this address and will reply: uliana.d.usatova@gmail.com
Telling us something
Anything at all: a clue that reads oddly, something that did not behave, a case you would like to see, or a detail you know better than we do. Every clue is checked against published sources and reviewed by somebody who did not write it, and a message from a player is the best check there is.
What helps us answer quickly
If it is about one case, saying which one is enough for us to find it. For anything that did not behave, open Profile and read the version at the very bottom of the screen — it looks like Atlas 1.0 (8).
My progress did not appear on my other device
Atlas syncs through your own iCloud, not through any server of ours. On each device, check Settings → your name → iCloud and that Atlas is switched on, and that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account. Then open Profile in Atlas: the iCloud line under Settings says which of three states it is in.
Syncing happens on Apple's schedule rather than on demand, so it is worth backgrounding the app and reopening it before concluding anything. If the line says iCloud is off and you would rather it stayed off, nothing is lost: progress is kept on the device either way.
There is no account, and nothing to recover
Atlas has no sign-up, no sign-in and no password, so there is nothing to lose access to. The flip side is that progress lives on your device and in your iCloud, and deleting the app with iCloud switched off removes it for good. We hold no copy and cannot restore one.
Deleting your data
Reset progress on the Profile screen deletes everything — on that device and in whichever cloud is holding it, including on your other devices. It cannot be undone.
Privacy
What the app stores, what it sends, and what it does not: the privacy policy. The short version is that a case can be played end to end with no network at all, and the only thing that ever leaves is your answer to the question after a case, carrying nothing that identifies you.
